neldinsky My favorite stoner/doom band...The Mighty Pastor!! I waited and waited for this 2nd album and here it is! They are ending as Pastor but will continue on as other bands. These 7 songs are a dream come true!! They are incredible. I will now pray that the vinyl version comes out!! NB Favorite track: Sky Descending.

𝔩𝔬𝔲𝔡-𝔮𝔲𝔦𝔢𝔱-𝔩𝔬𝔲𝔡 𝓟arting is such sweet sorrow. But before facing down that hallowed horizon, Pastor have bestowed a final, groove-gilded gift to buzz roll the eardrums and drop-tune the imaginations of listeners loyal. Sonic sustenance to endure absence. From a band so attuned to their own many strengths as they, 'Unveil' is customarily loaded with spirited riffage, mortar discharge drumming and vocal virtues that echo throughout the grand old house of rock & roll itself. Favorite track: City of Sleep.

twin_obscenity Can’t tell you much more than already been said by others. And they’ve all been on point here. I’m in love with original LP!
Listened to this a couple times now and it’s easily as worthy as the predecessor. This is one Pastor I’ll tune into over again...

about

PASTOR Vienna, Austria

The group consists of four young men with an intense love to the art of music. Their various influences can be drawn from your dad’s record collection (well, if he was actively listening from 1968 to 1978). The tunes are filled with fine riffs, spaced out solos and hard hitting rhythm sections. Come to the Sabbath.. ... more
